Can you try to be descriptive in your topic in the future... no one will respond to you quickly because of the obscure post title.

And yes, it supposedly does but you have to have lots of it to see a difference.

Yes, mangrove will help reduce NO3, but compared to macroalgaes, they are a lot slower.

Hi there, I am a newbie here. does the mangrove require light if it is located in the sump? the other thing is macroalgaes, how do you cultivate them in a tank environment? :thanks:
