hi guys.... after decomming my 3 footer after 6 mths i decided to restart this hobby with a nano RSM...

specification of RSM:

Total system volume 130 liters (34 gallons)

Aquarium volume 110 liters (29 gallons)

Filter volume 20 liters (5 gallons)

Congratulation bro....

Just to share my experience change the activated carbon media to Aqupharm or Rowa, the one in the kit is very lousy.

Also for ceramic ring, I regret it I didn't change it to bio home. Once you dump this ceramic ring it will be very difficult to take out. I try it once but I got lots of ceramic splinters into my fingers and couple cuts.

after 3 weeks of cycling... my water parameter are as following:

Salifert test kit...

NO2=0

NO3=5

Ammonia=0

PH=8.3

the rest not yet tested as i do not have the rest of the kits.

some of u might ask, how come my cycling process so fast... because im using live sand and treated rocks...

After the 3 weeks of cycling i went over to bro Hammy's hse to buy some Rics & Red Mushrooms from him to test out....

Then i also went down to GO during the shipping day, bought a Bubble back.

ytd went to CF to buy a pair of True Percular and a Royal Gramma from Ah Beng. :eyebrow:

Cant wait to fill up the tanks asap... :pinch:
