sea anemone shrinking

have apurple tip anemone. to confess first time keeping and apart from liquid food and good lighting have not been feeding it anything else. Notice the size has shrunk and looking "weak" izit it due to it having no food?

wat do I feed it and how to do it? read that suppose to put small piece of fish or prawn into the anemone?

do I jus leave it within the anemone or must insert into "mouth" irf there is one? pse help

Feed it with prawn or fish once a week. Check whether any other coral contact or stink it. My anemone expand happily with mentioned .

what is the minimum required lighting for all anemones...cos mine has been under FL actinic for a few mths and nothing happen jus that sometime will shrink and expand ... only feeding kent marine liquid food occasionally and frozen mysis daily?

Hey thats like equal to no light for your anemone.... anemone need very strong light like MH or t5s to thrive... Suggest you do something abt it or else
