I do not have personal experience with this. If the leak is minor (very slowly), perhaps you can try sealant or silicone. You can find them at DIY shop and ask for the more effective brands. You need something that can cure/dry relatively quick.

a week ago my 3ft sump leaked, i drained out everything into buckets scrubbed silicon areas clean onthe inside let it dry for a day used industrial strength silicon and went over all old joints. I also applied a thin coat over the exterior of all joints. Used a 20 cent coin to carve above the silicon to get a nice and neat looking joint. Use toilet paper to wipe off any mistakes immediately. AFter 12hrs waiting for the silicon to set, i washed the tank with warm water to purge any toxin chemicals from the silicon. Installed everything back in 30mins walah all back to normal no leaks eversince.

Of cos for your case u definately gonna need a temporary tank to house whatever livestocks and support it with a small skimmer and temporary filter system just good enuf to tide 2 days. U have to buy the silicon and silcon gun plus all other necessities in advance b4 u do it as u have only 2 days b4 the water paremeters start deteriating. Dont wanna buy go borrow as u only need these items for 2 days or less. If u keep sps its best to pass it to friends or some reefers u trust to take care of them during this 2 days.

Note : If u got algae or coralin growing within the old silicon at the joints its best to scrape and remove the silicon off instead of just using new silcon to go over it.

Silicon and gun u can get at most hardware shops at industrial parks. Specify colour and that its for glass.
