fox1987
peong did you manage to keep Pot Belly seahorses for long term at 25-26 degree ? What about H.brevice and hippocampus hippocampus ? can they be kept at 25-26 degree ? Planning to get them.
SRC Member peong Posted March 22, 2010 Author SRC Member Share Posted March 22, 2010 Sorry, no idea with H.brevice, but Potbelly best at 23, I had tried at 24-26 but they are not stable, seem like slowly they stop feeding and died off. SRC Member peong Posted October 19, 2010 Author SRC Member Share Posted October 19, 2010 My new seahorse tank setup with a net divided at the back portion of the tank, the back portion is going to be a pods housing, so seahorses would able to eat the pods near the green net divider. Hopefully this design will help me to continuingly feeding the horses when I'm away for 4-5 days, if the pods cultivation is successful, I even don't need to feed them with mysis any more. Dream dream dream...

Dream dream dream... May I sugg that u keep some cleaner shrimps in the pods area as they tend to breed easily and this might be a food source for ur horses.
