Question on Red Sea Max Nano Tank

Can anyone out there with RSM nano tank help mi on these question?

1) Is the 2x55watt PL light sufficient for keeping Zoans, Rics, Pratas and some LPS (height of tank from light to sand is 20 inch)

2) Can the light tubes be found in shops if their life span is over?

PL light can be found in LFS, can try NA aquarium, the price is quite good.
