Bubble in sand

I found that there are a lot of bubble under my sand bed. Are they nitrate? And how do i remove it? Is it okay if i leave it alone?

No worries bro,

Those might be traped Oxygen and Nitrogen.

Your sand shifter will release those bubbles, and the bubbles will find their way out into the ope in time.

Hmmm what is sand shifter? i only have sand dollar and sea cumumber, are they consider sand shifter?

yup, those are considered sandshifters

But they only covered the surface, the middle and bottom of the sand bed is not touch, so how do i counter this problem?

if you are having DSB... then its best to leave the bubbles untouch cause at those depth, those benefcial bateria will be there working their magic (anarobic bacteria). once those bubbles get big enough they will just come out due to pressure. i usually just leave the bubbles alone. doesnt affect me that much

btw does the bubbles in anyway affect the tank ? if not i think its best left alone. hope this helps.
