Two of my 4tubes DE lighting cut off about 3 sec after I on the power. Can anyone advise what the problem and how to fix it. Thanks.

I've swop the 2 tubes that work with the two tubes that giving problem. The two tubes that give problem earlier work properly at new socket. The two tubes that work earlier now having the same problem as the earlier problem tubes. I can conclude that the problem is not causing by the tube. Would appreciate if you can give further advise. Thanks.

Anyone has the contact number of Dr_evil or any contact whom know how to repair the lightset? Need to get the lightset repair. Thanks.
