brown stuff on mushroom

Pls help to ID this brown thingy.

Found on the mushrooms and also octopus coral.

harmful or harmless? so far coral still doing fine

they actually slide on the moshroom surface

Never encounter this before... flatworms??? any experts...

They are flatworms.....should not cause any problem but it will be better to keep an eye on them.

Tot flatwaorms are parasitic... or i got misconceptation all along...

They will breed so fast that u may have problem getiting rid of them..

Dipping in fresh water will remove them...if you want to try.

Mushrooms are tough......can't say the same for hard corals.

gd idea...take out rock with mushroom, squirt freshwater on them, let them die, put rock back

That is another good way to get rid mushroom

I also have these critters on my yuma. My six line wrasse seems to like to eat them though. now all clean.
