Helped ... is my Brain dead

Had bought a brain and in my tank 4 almost a mth ...... realise tat for e last 2 days, its started to show its skeleton and colour started to fade ... furthermore its mouth seem to be open all the while ....... will it recover by itself or affect my water condition? thanks os muchie ... digital camera down ...... else will post a pic .... cheers

let me share my experience

I have a nano cube I have 1 open brain and 2 cyrina.

When I dose purple up and other addictive, I do it in the sump be hind but when the dispersion starts, some of the stuff will hit my brain and cyrina and immediately, the brain, usually open 4x its size but within 30sec, it will shrink to only skeleton and for the next 2min, the mouth will be open and looks dead.

I will rise my alarm to tell my wife the brain die liao, my wife will say you always say die but never die leh,

True enough I let it go and dont bother it, after 1hour the mouth ill close and after 2 hours it will look supper skinny, but next morning, when I wake up,

it not skinny liao, and after I switch on the light it grew stronger and open double its size in 1 hour and in the afternoon its 4x its size and more vibrant colouring.

As long as not too much flow and proper water conditions it should recover. But try to find out if anything has been disturbing it to cause it to be in that state in the first place.

my exp is also the same as them. but depand on how injury it is? can it be cause of stress or do u place it near other coral that attack it? MIne is because the cleaner shrimp try to "dig" the food out and cause it injure and end up "submit NRIC".
