Big tank systems are slow to sell off as the monthly water plus electricity bill to upkeep one is no joke. Some guys in here are having problems selling even their 4 footer let alone urs is a 6. One way is to decom bit by bit meaning u sell the items separately and finally when u are left with the tank sell it off dirt cheap. This hobby is like that, ppl often lose big money mainly on the tank set not the equipment. Also, more detailed pics helps sell faster. Open up the cabinet doors take pics of the sump tank if theres one give freebies ... etc
