Anybody encountered getting a negative reading of the PH using american pinpoint PH monitor? Is the main unit defective or just the probe?

where can I get a probe replacement if it is defective?

I did. Only recently.

It is the probe for my case as I can't calibrate it at all and no problem with a new probe.
