Hi all,

Any coral food that you don't need to keep in fridge? The food coral I saw in LFS requires keeping in fridge when opened.

And for those that you keep in fridge, don't you think in some way it can mix (through evaporation or any other means) with your food you also

keep in fridge? Just worrying what effect it may cause so trying to get coral food that you can keep away from your own food.

Most coral food needs to be refrigerated because they contain live plankton. Anyway, the containers are all air tight so you don't have to worry about mixing with your own food due to evaporation.

I can't recall the name of the coral food manufactured by salifert. But I do recall the sinstructions stating that refrigeration is not a requirement.
