Skimmer best position

Hi all, can i know where to place my skimmer in the sump? my 2Ft sump got 3 compartment, centre is for DSB or refugium, should i place the skimmer in the first compartment (where the main tank water flow to first) or the last compartment after the DSB/refugium?

I will put it in the first compartment too :)
