SRC Member DrJekyl_MrHyde Posted November 17, 2007 SRC Member Share Posted November 17, 2007 Hi... i had just added some two table spoon of pure calcium chloride in flake form mix with water to my tank to bring the ca level up in my tank ... but my question is how long, do i have to wait to test my ca level to check that how much CA has been rasie up so that i know that two table spoon of calcium chloride is = (ca level rasie up in my tank). How many hrs do u guys wait before u check ur ca level again after adding calcium chloride?
SRC Member reeftask Posted November 17, 2007 SRC Member Share Posted November 17, 2007 If your tank has very high turnover rate like a small ocean, you can measure after 6 hrs. If you kiasu, make it 24 hrs.
