I understand from some ppl that target feed prata once awhile with market prawn is good for the corals.

I tried target feed using shringe with cyclo+brine+mysis but wonder is there any special technic to target feed with prawn.

Tried once but before the prata got chance to digest my fishes will take it away.

So can anyone share some tips on how to ensure prata swallow the prawn b4fishes take it away.

Also may i know how often should we target feed them?

Thx.

this is how i used to feed my prata..

cut open a 1.5l coke neck

cover over the prata with the small opening on top.

use a pincer to drop the prawn meat onto prata mouth.

sit and enjoy..

hi xersion.

well thx for the tips. tried that on sun corals but find it abit difficult to do that on prata cos the diameter for the plastic bottle abit too small for prata and also some pratas sit on rock scape. so not easy to fit the bottle onto the pratas.

furthermore the plastic bottle tends to fload up or when fishes see the meat thet will attack the bottle till it topple.

do you encounter such problems?

may i know how often you feed them with prawns?

Stand guard means my hand is always ready to dash in when any fish nearby. So my hands always above the water and my fish always look out on my readiness. My fishes very clever and playful. Even at midnite, when they see me, one come out, all come out. They always check on the corals for food especially after my hands passed by.

I feed them everyday but recently 1 month, I stopped feeding. Lazy.
