Help with chiller

My chiller CL450, recently got it from a reefer....It turns off and on...

in the sense that the chiller fans on and off...issit a natural cycle?

I dun know how chiller works....As the chiller is on it runs as per normal...

After a while when the tank temperature reaches 26 (the set temp)

the chiller does not need to work anymore....and then it on's back after some

time when the temp starts to rise...

well......since u have set the desire temp...so once the chiller sensed that the temp is reached, it will turn off by itself, then when the temp started to increase and reaches a threshold, it will kick start again n try to reduce the temp.
