just check my KH.. in my new setup cycling tank... it like 13.. :whistle ..whoa that is high.. dont really know what wrong.. what happen to my tank that my kh is so high.. what do u guy think that is bring my kh that high.. i dont have any CR nor NRrunning .Anyway to bring it lower the kh lever beside change water?

Will the kh slowly go back down to 8-10 by itself?

you may check your newly salt mix kh. the source may came from here :)

water change is one alternative. but you must make sure your new saltmix water don't carries highh KH.

the kh in your tank water will slowly drop when some of the coraline algae from your live rock consume it.

You heard this man? My preference: just leave it to drop.

BTW hows the chiller? Is this the new tank? Any LR yet? Or just cycling saltwater first.

Hi.. actually this is a tank with LR inside for like three week cycling still now... i got myself a another lastest model RA 680 and it running fine with aquabee 3k with that distance of piping back to my main tank... and it chilling fast.... thanks..
