how to use it ?

You need a feed pump and and CO2 to let it work. Just connect the feed pump and CO2 at the infeed of the recirculation pump. The output from the CR is than place inside the sump tank. Changing of media is by unscrewing the top cover and the whole media can be pour out.

is there any bubble counter or ph probe ?

There is one bubble counter attach at the side of CR but no PH probe.
