FR Multiple link

Hi , hv anyone link a pump to multiple equipment, e.g. pump-->skimmer--> FR------>UV light...... Juz wondering if this type of setup will work? Tink how much we can save Elect consumption and space too.

Have to take equipment size and position into consideration...

I may try it this way,

pump -> uv light -> skimmer -> tied a fine washing machine net using string to contain some resins at the skimmer output pipe.

oh no.... uv light need to have slow flow rate to work.... Sorry too quick to type it... Cannot place uv for the pump used for skimmer....

Have u consider ozone instead of uv? IMO, ozone less hassle in the sense that no need to replace the bulb and also just connect it to the air pipe of skimmer...

Everything has two sides... water is good for us but too much will cause flooding.... ozone is good but too much will cause harm. One must know the art of balancing....

To me, electricity bill is number 1 concern here. I am very unwilling to add any additional pump especially it run 24/7. I will think of ways to minimise unless no choice.... :D
