PS: I think sometimes the black mark appear on tube even it is light up for few seconds... the problem is due to incompatable/overated/lousy ballast

All my tubes are brand new. U can get him to get the tubes to test on my HO fixtures. Absolutely no black mark, dimming or any flaws.

trying to run HO tubes using NO ballast usually yield not so favourable results. This will be the same even if they buy straight from AM, which in this case is the same place where I bought it.
