Need help on fish stocking

Hi All the bros out there

I am running a 4x2x2 tank wtih a 3x2x1.5 sump. Keeping all LPS corals at the moment with only 1 piece of monti.

Running a deltec APF600 and FR for carbon and phosphate removal as well as a refugium for cheato. Tank is 1 year old but LR is around 4 years old.

Currently having the following fishes.

4 tangs (YT, BT, ABT, Sailfin) all 3 inches to 4 inches

8 chromis

4 clowns

3 wrasse

I still have a 4 inch ring tail tang in my QT tank.

They are all doing well, except for the occasional bickering.

Just want to know if I am overstocking the tank? I only have the occasional greening of the tank glass which i can easily remove using a magnet cleaner. Still thinking if I should add in the ringtail.

Any expert can help?

You are over stocking already even without the ring tail.

Why dont you give me the ring tail, LOL

Already removed 2 chromis and added the ringtail.

Think I will progessively remove more chromis as and when I catch them to reduce bioload.

Somehow with all these fishes. My tank dont seem to show any undesirable results.

No red, brown or green algae showing...

Hi Piero,

My humble opinion is you may have slightly high tang population than usual. But I don't think you have balantly overstocked - that's why you are not experience any nuisance algae.

May be the reason behind you asking is that you may be looking into the SPS thus wanting to reduce bioload????
