Orp controller is to monitor oxygen levels in the water if i'm not wrong. Any drop in the oxygen level normally indicates something bad going to happen or is happening. Its normally used together with an ozonizer.

The AM denitrator is a good product to get for controlling your nitrate levels but u need to tune the output properly which should be easy since bro Hippo's set comes with dosing pump.
