Starving Citron Goby

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

need your help and advise here...

I bought a citron goby abt 1 mth ago.

from day 1, I hardly ever see that goby eat anything...

I fed it frozen copepods, mysis shrimps, brime shrimps, pellets.

But none of the above interest it.

It just take 1 bite, nimbles for a while then spits it out..

After 1 month of this, the goby has grown very very thin.... and its yellow color is fading.

Can someone pls advise me what I could feed this goby with?

Cyclopeeze?

Pls help.

Many thanks!!

my clown goby used to eat those, together with the picky anthias.

My fish are very small size around 2~3cm only and they even can't eat the whole brine shrimp with one bite.. :D they bite it and still can see the tail of brine shrimp.. (those like cat eating the mouse) Yuuurrrk...:sick:

I think u mean "boon"(hokkien i suppose, a word used by those LFS uncle to mean brine shrimp). If it is "tiny bugs", I think it will be baby brine shrimp.

Now I know.

I thought in hokkien, chim means shrimp and boon means language. I am now confused with my hokkien,

Understand the "moon" and now confused with hokkien. Aiyoyo, life is so confusing.
