:( Tried to connect laptop running XP to Aquatronica using their USB cable. Then run Aquatronica appln program & click on 'Connect Module' icon. However, s/w reported 'Unable to Connect' error msg after a few mins.

What is the problem ?

Any addition steps needed to connect properly ?

Any AQ user pl advise.
