How long does crocea clam take to "glue" to rocks?

if it 'love" the place, u properly put it, it will "glue" within 1 or 2 days.

otherwise it will "move" to another place. like wat u said,

it "jump" off the rock. ;)

Totally agree, my clam glue onto my rock after 1 day. :eyebrow:

A tip is to find a spot where the rock is in contact with it's gland/foot.

A slight potrusion in a nook and cranny will be ideal, as it will stabilise the clam, and makes it difficult to shift out of position. From my observation, it tends to move at the initial placement. But once the lighting is optimum and sufficient, it'll stop moving. At this point, you will probably be able to see the clam's gland attaching itself to the rocks.
