first principle - all parameters must be within limit e.g. calcium @ 400 to 450, magnesium @ 1300 etc. Also additive such as iodine and strodium.

2nd principle - feed only once a week or a mth with 5 cents size prawn or fish meat. Do not over feed!!!

3rd principle - placement. sand bed and sufficient space for it to spread his flesh around.
