Hi all,

Planning to upgrade to chill-down chiller.

Chill-down allows me to put it outdoors.

Wifey complains of heat!

Use for less than 2 mths only.

$700 only

It is a powerful and economical 1 hp chiller in terms of price and energy consumption.

It is able to cool down your aquarium very quickly. Using it for my 8.5x1.5x1.5

Recommend using OR6500 to drive it.

Only real drawback IMO is the heat.

You either have to place it outdoors or have to face the exhaust out of the window.

Need to clear the chiller by saturday. Don't want to have 2 big chillers in the house. No place to keep, haiz.....

Starmex up and running. Really cool and silent chiller. Can't even hear if its running or not.
