Doctor shrimp have eggs

My tank had only 2 shrmps.

Somehow i saw again , my shrimps have green eggs again.

I need to catch her up because few mths back, all babies shrimps gone, i guess eaten up by fishes and corals.

If i catch her up, do i need to catch the Male?

Do i need to put sand on new tank?

Do i need to put LR

I would suggest you leave the eggs as it is in the main tank. Cleaner shrimps fries are almost impossible to raise even by experts aquarist. Just treat them as food for fishes/invert/corals. Don't catch your shrimps out, you will stress it.
