Matching Pump Flow rate to Chiller

Hi guys,

I still havent really figure this one out yet. How does one match the pump output to the chiller for maximum efficiency. My Artica chiller manual gives quite a big range for flow rate. I am sure that there has to be a 'sweet spot' where it is most efficient. Is a higher flow rate better or a slower slow rate? My aim is to have the chiller come on minimum times a days and come on for the shortest duration. Anyone care to share their experiences?

Mine is 1/5 Hp. What I mean to say is generally what is the most prefered? Higher flow rate or lower flow rate? So far everyone I talk to seems to be guessing. No hard numbers to compare.
