SRC Member Flame-Tail Posted July 17, 2007 SRC Member Share Posted July 17, 2007 I stir it in a small cup of tank water then pour it into the tank with current flow. If target feeding for certain corals I use a long hard tube attached to a syringe. Cheers
SRC Member STORM TROPPER Posted July 17, 2007 SRC Member Share Posted July 17, 2007 i was never successful in giving it to the coral coz eventually almost all went down to d over flow so wat i did was like stop the whole system n leave the wave maker running n pour d cyclop in n tt was a best thing i could think of. bernards
Thanks for sharing your experiences. I tried all the advices and found that using distilled water and leaving it overnight in the fridge had the best result. However, once I use a syringe to target feed, the pieces just float all over the place (all pumps and wavemakers are off.) Very little, if any at all end up in the mouths of the corals. Hmmmm.
