Don't take everything you you read as the truth....you only in this hobby for only a few months :lol:

Giving advise from experience is good but giving advise base from what you read is doubtful :P

If the info was gather from the web....state that it cames from there so if the person who follows it and don't have good results then you are not to blame. :D

I think almost ALL LS have been exposed to air sometime or the other from the place they are caught to the LFS, I doubt the fisherman will bother to ensure everything is kept in the water. personally I"ve seen lots of stuff submerged during low tide at reef flats (Hantu and Pulau Banggi at Sabah), soft and hard corals too, even say stone fish and frog fish submerged in mud! And I"ve bought blue sponge from LFS which has been exposed to air and its growing fine now, actually stuck to LR in contact with it (tho I tried to get rid of as much air inside sponge as possible before placing it).
