Yup.. it should be included in the course.. If i'm not wrong, there are some assignments inside which you need to tear out and submit

friend = wants to do PADI = PADI OW manual

my friend's going to middle east (rich basket) to take the PADI OW, the manual there costs 30EURO or 30USD (crazy!)

so i'm lookin for a cheap second hand one...
