Anemone or Jelly fish?

Initially, I thought it was an anemone because of the blue tentacles on top.

Then, I noticed the base of the thing to be "pumping" the same way as jelly fish do.

What do you think?

It should be an upside down jellyfish (cassiopea). They are very common in areas like hawaii and they contain a large amount of zooxanthellae (similiar to giant clams and some corals). As such, they tend to lie on the seabed upside down to get as much sunlight as possible. They pulse regularly like a typical jellyfish as a way of gas exchange for the zooxanthellae living inside them. It is relatively uncommon in Singapore and can perhaps only be found in Pulau Semakau..

So beautiful..
