Central part of the island

Seeing people who stay in the N S E W falling in, I start to wonder if I should start this list for those who stay in the central part of Singapore.

Maybe, I should?

Is kallang considered central as well as the east? If so, I will be in 2 categories

Actually, I am rather curious how the zones are split up!

Can someone find out?

Toa Payoh fall under northern part. Central is actually from KK hospital downwards. meaning Sim Lim/Bugis/Orchard and all. thats the central zone.

East zone starts from the fringe of Bugis, Lavendar all the way to Changi. doesn't encompass Seng Kang as that is North. (=

West zone starts from where the Leng Kee showrooms are. all the way to Tuas.

South zone is anything from Marine Parade down to Sentosa. Katong not included as Katong is part of East.

So is Kallang Bahru considered Central or East?
