Anybody used a Prizm or Prizm Pro before???? Anybody have any idea where to find AquaC Remora skimmer???? Thanks....

Yes, I used a Prism and find it OK. It does perform its job well.

Yesterday, just helped another friend bought a Prism from PetMart at S$200.

If you want, there is the big brother, Prism Pro that is selling at S$400.

I wanted to buy the Remora b4. Got in touch with AquaC owner, Jason. Nearly close the deal but last minute backed out.

2 reasons:

(1) High delivery cost

(2) have to find own pump to drive it. AquaC recommends Rio pump but they are 120 AC.

Despite above, the Remora and Remora Pro are the most efficient HOB skimmer around according to many reports. If I sell my Prism away, I'll probably get the remora pro.

U can find Rio pump 240VAC in sgp at Neo Tiew Cres 103 (something call Hausmann?)..

Thanks... I got lobangs 4 the prizms, tat's y checking out if its good or not!!!! Seems like there isn't a lot of HOT skimmers options in Singapore.... Btw, any idea if there is a possibility of getting parts for the powerhead for the prizm.. I tink it is being made by hydor....
