Can cleaner shrimp and boxer shrimp mix?

Can cleaner shrimp and boxer shrimp mix? will my boxer kill my cleaner even if my cleaner is bigger?

I have 2 cleaner and 1 boxer in my 3' tank and they live happily after.

will not recommend it. high chances your cleaner will be tortured. mine suffered for 3months. constant trimming of the feelers by the boxer. forced confinement in a cave. finally it gave up and died of some unknown causes.

i hv 3 cleaners, 1 big boxer & 3 fire shrimps for few yrs already. Even in my previous tanks, i always hv a boxer n at least 2 cleaners. Never ever had prob b4 even when keeping them in 2 ft tank.

i had the same encounter from my previous tank.

i even saw the boxer eating my cleaner infront of my eyes....

but its all abt luck i tink, better not to take the risk....

Maybe you can try having 2-3 cleaner, and 1 boxer.

I have 2 cleaners, 1 fire shrimp and 1 boxer. The boxer everyday hide in the cave. Only chases the cleaners and fire shrimp if they 'invade' his territory. Recently noticed that my boxer lost 1 claw. Now is 1 arm swordsman

read somewhere on this problem before. someone suggested placing the cleaner in on another rock at night. you might wana try. all trial and error.

maybe you will buy and buy till you found a cleaner which your boxer likes.

even cat and dogs can live together sometimes..

bought 3 clearner and one nite later, end up 2 got killed by my boxer. last one nearer got killed and lucky i saw it in time that the boxer is aiming at my 3rd clearner. so i decided to throw my boxer in my sump tank.

wow...i have 1 boxer, 2 cleaner, 2 camel and 1 fire shrimp..no problem leh...the boxer seems to be more interested in my fishes. hehee
