If you have problem with your skimmer after feeding, just rinse a few more times before feeding or alternatively soak for a few hrs in cold water (fridge) first. works for me fine.

hahah.. i just rinsed it once for a few seconds in DI water and it worked fine for me, no issues. thanks for the heads-up though.

there's not much visible sign of my skimmer overworking... I mean compared to feeding Henry's food and this arctic copepods, the skimming is low...

as for skimming review.. these pods come packed in nothing cept for a little arctic sea water..no chemicals no preservatives whatsoever.

If you do a standard normal rinse, you get intact pods. jucies leakage etc are minimal.

Should you feed in bigger amount, or your skimmer is very very sensitive, you get reduced skimming for only a couple of minutes thats about it.

Its just like feeding frozen bloodworms,b.shrimp or mysis less whatever liquid that comes along frozen for god knows how long
