DIY one yourself. Head down to Sim Lim tower and get all the parts below. I did something similar to picture below, hope it helps.

The black thing is a relay switch.

Thanks for sharing your expertise!! I originally wanted to buy a ready made only, but nv, DIY is ok with me too!.

Oh, I think the crux to your diagram is the relay switch and the float switch. The one I circled is the relay switch rt? Can you send a clearer picture of this device, so that I can 'hunt' for the device at sim lim tower. Or, even better still, do you still remember which shop you bought the relay switch?

Also. the float switch where do you manage to buy one?

Got another question to ask you. In your diagram, there is only a single float switch. Am I correct to say that your DIY auto-top up device will operate whenever the water level falls short of the float switch by a few mm (float switch 'closes' the circuit) and cuts of when the water level rises by a few mm (float switch is 'open') . Am I rt?

Actually I was thinking of modifiying your setup to implement a 2 float switch DIY auto-top up device. One to turn on, and another one to turn off. That way, the refill do not have to be done so frequently. Can it be done?
