if the bidding end with a tie in this case $100, at 2359 hour, it should GO to the FIRST bidder of $100, the next one who bid need to OUT-BID him to get it.

I think HOMER should get this one.. not that I know any one of the bidders here..

Partly, I think its my bad that I didn't not specific more clearly on the bidding enough.

I have suggested to Homer. In the case, if the winner default the collection.

The corals will go to Homer. And he is comfortable with it.
