Inverter aircon compressor for aquarium use

An inverter air conditioner uses an inverter circuit to regulate the rotational speed of the compressor to match the output of the compressor to the cooling pump load.

This reduces the number of times the compressor stops and starts as the load varies, so saving on electricity bills and reducing noise levels compared to non-inverter models.

There are now a few inverter aircons in the market from Daikin, Panasonic and I think York too.

Has anyone figured out how to use this in an aquarium? The thermostats I know only cut off or turn on power to the compressor. Is there a thermostat that reduces current and increases current based on temperature levels?

I can see inverter aircons as being so much more energy efficient for aquarium applications as u eliminate the high power usage during startup of the compressor.

Anybody using an inverter aircon compressor for aquarium use or does anybody have an idea how to do this?

The post does not say if there is a solution yet. Your pic implies somone is already using the inverter compressor.

Can u share how it was done. How is the inverter aircon ic board controlled by a thermostat?
