attaching hard coral...

is there a need to use some sort of glue to attach it to the LR or jus place it there... use glue better or place it there better... any comments..

what kind of hard coral?

for my LPS like frogspawn and fox, i usually try and see if

i can fit them in the rockwork or sandbed.

for acro frags, i think the gurus here use super glue and

underwater epoxy.

i tried super glue on my birdnest frag....

normally LPS... and monti in the future... can use the underwater epoxy on LPS...

pls pardon my ignorance... underwater epoxy refers to some special super glue issit?..... do you do the sticking under the water???

Underwater epoxy is a two-part clay-like substance consisting of a resin and a hardender.

You mix the two parts, and they become hard after 30 minutes or so.

Try the underwater epoxy from Wessbon, Selleys or Alteco. They are found in most large DIY store.

I reccomend selley's knead it, very cheap and no bad effects for me, skimmer works per normal, other LS are fine.
