Thanks for the gesture to lend me beta box. And thanks to Bro Underwater too for the advice. This fellow is just abt 1.5 inch and is elusive and hides all the times. Hardly comes out for feeding. But when he does comes out, his tummy is all round like a puffy fish :pirate: My lobo is now abt 20% left. Lucky for now he has yet to set eyes on other corals.:pinch:

Bro, think it is good to provide hiding places. I am keeping mixed but with lots of rock with "cave"....when i turn off the lights...you can see the fishes will go back to their usual hiding place to rest. It is good to keep tamed fishes from being whacked by agreesive fishes(speed plays a part). Anyway, i think for FOWLR setup, good to have a nice rock scape which allow the fishes to swim ard....it is to appreciate how the fishes swim and play ard......just my personal experience and thinking....

heard you are also in cycling(hope i remember correctly). If yes, are you in road or mountain biking? Me in mountain biking. Hehe.

Nice fishes.

Do you need to provide hiding places for all your fishes? Thinking of having a fOWLR too cos no time to take good care of a mixed reef tank.

As promised, my before n after re-scaping pics.........

1st pic before re-scape. Personally find the rocks were too close and cramp and not much space and openings for larger fishes to swim comfortably.

2nd pic after re-scaped. more open up and fishes swim much more comfortably, looks more spacious as well.

So overall still very pleased although siong ^_^

2nd pic (after re-scaped) is much nicer, more space for bigger fishes to swim in/out and hide, and better water circulation between LR too. Love your rockscaping!

Thank u bro for ur compliments, at least my efforts did not go down d drain. Before re-scape fishes always go mia but after scaping can really see them happily swimmimg around liao :P
