Display your fowlr tank here!!

Recommended Posts

Hi, Twin spot wrasses grow to a max length of 60cm in the wild. However in captive, not talking abt underwater world capacity. In our tank like 500 gallon, it will reach to a length of maybe 30 cm or less. So no worries. This wrasses is not reef safe, but bro earth is a FOWLR tank. Just my little knowledge.

I know ... some sites list the Twin Spot Coris as 60cm ....

Saltcorner.com lists it as 120cm .....

wonder which is true ....

Hi Bigbird,

Went Gilbert place. Saw his 8ft acrylic tank. More than 20k for a 10ft x 4ft x 3ft.

Is it feasible to convert my 13ft x 9ft x 3ft outdoor swimming pool to just keeping marine fish and live rock? If yes, can use protein skimmer only without chiller and light? Need UV or any reactor? What to put in the filter chamber? Any problem when rain? Sea water better or use salt? :thanks:

to the extend rain water carry toxic or other chemical substance that was evaporated and will harm and destroy your swimming pool that you convert to sea water. Compare to open sea is million different. To answer to your question , i will use sea water instead of salt mixed. Gilbert quote 20k for a 10 x 4 x3ft is base on the shipping and the highly quality acrylic.

Why not add other smaller fishes like basslets and wrasses?
