I've tried Stop-parasite. Works well.

First thing I did was to shut off all the wavemaker. Then I inject the green stuffs onto the center disk of the aiptasia (no need to inject inside the aips), and then I cover the whole of the aips with the green slime. A few minutes later the aips start to disintegrate. I have 1 gigantic one about 5 to 7cm across and after using chem stop parasite, the whole thing dissolve.

Really works for me.
