Which fish eats brown algae?

brown algae? sounds like diatoms...

there are many factors in the water that fuel it.

silicates, high dissolved organic compound, nitrates...

and the lawnmower blenny will not touch it,

can i suggest you target the source of the problem instead?

as you just finished cycling,

why not do a large water change to reduce your NO3?

let it run a while longer and the diatoms will probably disappear.
