I'm using this.

First calibrate the probe using the solution given. The switch has to position to 'pH' and use the screwdriver to turn the left knob.

Then, when you want to set the controller to, let say, 6.5, turn the switch to 'Set', then use the small screwdriver to turn the right knob to have the readings to abt 6.5. Then switch back to 'pH'.

The alarm will be on when the range is out of this value and the socket outlet be 'energised' or 220V of power will be switched on.

Something like that lar... :D
