Vote for the best value for money skimmer

i feel the best value skimmer should also be the one which is runing on the least power consumption..

i am using weipro 2011, but my dophin pump (850litre/hr) like not enough power to drive the skimmer.

Any recommendations? Aquabee or Ehiem models?

Try to get at least a 1500L/hr pump.

If you have 4 family members to ferry everyday, Picanto very siong mah. . . Its 1.1L engine will say bye bye to you very soon.

Other things to consider :

- Your budget

- How hot the pump runs (cooler the better)

- wattage (lower means more efficient)

- noise produced while running

Off course Eheim is like a Mercedes, Aquabee maybe a BMW. But you don't see only these 2 makes on the road

Managed to get a Toyota engine at 1500L/hr to drive it. Very quiet also.

Can see greenish form coming out....satisfied with the new engine.
