What instrument to shut off MH if chiller is down?

Hi,

I am using a 3ft, 1x150W MH light fixture.

My concern is that if one day my chiller is 'out of order', it would be disastrous and the water temperature would shoot up rapidly very fast.

My intention is to 'cut off' the MH when the temp reaches 29 Deg C using an equipment but do not know which one.

Anyone have any recommendation which equipment can i get or have other better alterntive suggestion.
