cheato is part of marcoalgea.. others will be red bamboo, grapes etc.. CF does sell lots of marcoalgea.

cheato, mangroves, seaweeds and I put in one of my sand dollar. Got my mangroves and seaweeds during very low tide at Pasir Ris beach. Low tide like tomorrow at 0.2m at 1730hrs.

If you intent to use the sump as nutrient export, you should put algae scrubber such as cheato, etc, oversized skimmer, FR which contain GAC and/or phosphate remover. IMO or it's my setup actually.

Yeah but the infauna tend to die off unless you maintain an ecosystem in the dsb

Mangroves are grown fundermentally for that purpose
